Diversity and inclusion
Diversity and inclusion is about creating a working environment where people can be themselves and are valued for the contribution they make.
Many of the things that stop this from being a reality are unconscious beliefs, biases and behaviours. Our programmes allow delegates to examine their own behaviours and how they may affect people in the workplace, leading them to feel excluded, isolated or even bullied.
Drama has a unique way of bringing the emotional aspects of issues to the surface. It offers the chance to see situations through the eyes of another and builds awareness allowing delegates to make a positive change.
We will work with you to develop a programme that puts the issues of diversity and inclusion into context. The scenarios will be a direct reflection of what your team experiences day-to-day. This makes it highly relevant and allows them to practice the correct diversity behaviours in a safe environment.
