Open Course terms and conditions

Course bookings are subject to agreement with and acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Dramatic Solutions reserves the right to make changes to improve its courses and workshops at any time without notice.

Joining Instructions
We will issue complete joining instructions including details of how to get to the venue at least 7 days before the course commences, unless you are making a booking later than that.

Courses will be charged at the price shown on the website at the time of booking. Open courses include tuition, handouts and relevant documents, refreshments and lunch.

Payment is made via the Eventbrite payment system. If you are booking yourself onto a course and your employer would like the company to be invoiced for payment, please email contact us with details of which course you would like to book and on which date. Invoices must be paid a minimum of 28 days before the course starts. Failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled.

If you need to cancel, please contact us and clearly indicate which course and on which date you are booked. The following cancellation fees will be payable: 15 – 21 days before a course = 50% of the course fee. 1 – 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee. In the event of Dramatic Solutions cancelling a course, where a suitable alternative cannot be provided, we will refund in full any payment received in respect of that course.

If you need to transfer your booking to another date and/or course, please contact us, indicating which course you are withdrawing from and which course you would like to replace it with. When you transfer to another course you will be charged any cancellation fee that is due plus the cost of the new course.
