Colin has over 15 years experience of using drama in learning and development and formed Dramatic Solutions in 2001. He spent his early years in the heady world of IT. One day he decided that IT was not to be his life’s passion and went off to drama school. He made his living in the 1990’s in the theatre, radio and even had a role as one of the voices behind the famous Aardman animation characters. Colin’s passion for theatre and background in business (Colin also has a masters in management) allowed him to craft new experiential learning programmes that would engage and create business impact. He knew that he could bring the emotive passion of his theatre background to an organisational stage. Dramatic Solutions was born.

Rina has over 20 years of experience as a presenter and actress which she brings to her role as Presentation Skills Lead Facilitator. As an actress she understands the importance of delivering words in a way that is compelling to an audience. She utilises these skills when delivering training and encourages people to use their whole body and voice in a way which gives meaning and intention behind the words of a presentation. She has worked extensively Private and Public sectors as well as in the education sector in universities in the UK and the USA.

Seema is a presentation skills specialist with a host of experience in television, live events and presentation skills training. With years of experience working in the media she has mastered the art of presenting to a wide range of audiences and understands how to deliver presentations with impact! Seema conducts her training in a comfortable, professional and friendly manner. Seema’s passion for her work is conveyed in her unique teaching style, which instils people with the confidence and encouragement they need to communicate their vision effectively.

Tim Kane

Tim has over 15 years experience working in communication skills training as an actor, role-player and facilitator. He has helped individuals to develop their skills in areas including: Coaching, Challenging Conversations, Sales, Customer Service, Appraisals, Performance Management, Leadership, Team-working and Interview Skills. Recently he has focused on Presentation Skills training, working both with small groups and doing one to one coaching. Tim is highly skilled at giving detailed and constructive feedback, building individual’s confidence and tailoring the challenge for each person to maximise their learning. Additionally, Tim has written numerous scripts for training events and corporate entertainment including a Murder Mystery which was performed on the Orient Express as it tunnelled through the Alps.

Phil has worked for the best part of 20 years, across the UK, Europe and beyond, as a facilitator, actor/role player and presenter in commercial, academic and media settings. He has worked with manual workers, leaders of multi-nationals, and everyone he could fit in between. Phil is passionate about creating environments in which people can enjoy themselves, whilst simultaneously working towards solutions that they can use, and own.

Adam is an award-winning journalist, media lecturer, columnist, celebrity interviewer and author. He has worked for The Sun, the Daily Mail and the Sunday Mirror and written for the Independent, the Sunday Times, the Mail on Sunday, the Observer and the South China Morning Post. In his 20 years on Fleet Street, he has been shot at in the Middle East, mugged in Benin and beaten up in Northern Ireland, he’s been arrested twice. He has been punched in the face by Ian Botham, made Marco Pierre White cry and fallen madly in love with Kirstie Allsopp. He has interviewed Dannii Minogue in a bikini, Bernard Manning in his underpants and John Fowles on his deathbed. He is Bournemouth University’s first practitioner in residence in entrepreneurial journalism, is an expert on social media and the co-author of Journalism: New Challenges.

Richard Bardsley

Richard spent his early career working in personnel in the Royal Air Force. After that he was a sales manager in the I.T. industry. He has spent the last 15 years working as a Trainer, Facilitator and Business Actor with particular expertise in Sales, Influencing and Negotiation, Handling Difficult Conversations and Leadership. Richard has worked with people from the shop floor to senior government scientists in both the public and private sectors. Always keen to promote good practice his mantra is ‘Soft on the skills, hard on the process’. Richard is also an accomplished Chef, and has been seen giving cooking demonstrations at food shows around the country!
